"Super easy to browse"
I actually had a good experience using RH Baby & Child. The site feels clean and simple, and I didn’t have any trouble finding my way around the categories. Pages loaded smoothly for me, and the photos made it a lot easier to get a feel for the items. I do think the filters could be a little better though, because I had to click around more than I expected. Overall, it was a nice site to use, and I’d probably recommend it to a friend if they were shopping for baby or kids’ stuff

"Cute site to browse for baby stuff"
I’ve been poking around their site while getting ideas for the nursery, and they really do have a lot of sweet baby furniture and decor. The styles are cute without feeling too over the top, and the site itself is easy to use. I found a few pieces I liked and saved them to come back to later, but when I was ready to order, a couple of them weren’t available anymore. I ended up checking back another time, which was a little annoying, but overall I still like the selection. I just wish the stock was a bit more reliable.

"Nice dresser, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
The dresser showed up with a small dent on one corner, which was frustrating. Customer service was helpful overall, but I did get a little annoyed because some of the communication wasn’t very clear at first and I wasn’t sure what the next step was. Once things got sorted out, they sent the replacement part quickly and kept me updated. In the end, I’m happy with the dresser.

I know this sounds simple, but that’s kind of the point — I ordered it, it showed up, and everything matched what I picked. No weird surprises, no missing details, just the order as expected. Sometimes that’s all you really want

"Good delivery overall, just a little slow"
I ordered a crib sheet and a small lamp from RH Baby & Child, and the whole checkout part was easy. I got the tracking email the next day too, so at first everything seemed right on track.

The delivery ended up taking about a week, which felt a little slower than I expected... but not a huge deal. The box showed up in good condition, and both items were packed really well!
I’m only taking off one star because the tracking didn’t update for a couple days, so I wasn’t totally sure where the package was. Other than that, I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again

"Not as soft as I’d hoped"
I ordered a crib sheet and a small blanket from RH Baby & Child, and I was disappointed with the material. The photos made everything look really soft and high-end, but in person it felt thin and a little rough. Compared to other baby bedding I’ve bought for less, this just didn’t feel as cozy or gentle.
After one wash, the blanket already started looking worn, and the sheet shrank a bit too. For the price, I expected something that felt nicer and held up better. I really wanted to like it, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Cute furniture, but the price made me pause"
The furniture is really cute, and I liked the overall style a lot. That said, the prices feel high for what you’re actually getting. Shipping added even more on top too, which was kind of annoying, because of course it did. I was expecting better value overall, so while the stuff looks nice, I’m not sure I’d buy again at these prices

I ordered a crib sheet and a small chair, i’m really impressed. The sheet feels super soft, and the chair is nice and sturdy, which is exactly what you want, right? It’s definitely a bit on the pricey side, but when the quality feels this good, can you really complain? Better than I expected for sure.

The crib itself is really cute and looks great once it’s finally together, but wow, the assembly was frustrating. The instructions were confusing and felt like whoever runs this didn’t bother making sure they actually made sense for regular people trying to put it together.

"Pretty frustrating return process"
